    This vintage Stanley plane is approx. 14" long, and approx. 2 1/2" across the bed, shows No. C559MP on the bed, no cracks, chips, looks to have all original finish in bed and on frog, adjusts smoothly, blade looks like the factory sharp, sole and throat clean, tote and knob nice, minor blemishes,  lever cap good, this vintage Stanley would make a good working bench plane.
