Vintage Stanley No 45 Sweetheart Combination Plane with Original Box, Excellent Condition
This is a Stanley No. 45 combination plane with the original box.  The plane is in excellent condition.
The Stanley 45 was designed to replace the stacks of wooden planes furniture makers and woodworkers had to possess to make some of the complex moldings of the time.  Stanley advertised the 45 as seven planes in one as it could replace that many and more depending on the profile.
This vintage plane is in excellent condition and complete.  It comes with the original box and instructions.  There are 23 cutters with the original top to the cutter box, though, the wooden bottom of the cutter box is missing as is the Stanley labeled screwdriver.  The cutter box is taped together on one side.  There is some light tarnish and rust on the cutters as well as on the metal box for the plane.  Please see the photos and feel free to ask any questions.
