    Description

    My recollection is that I purchased this Stanley block plane in the mid 70’s to shave a sticking cabinet door. I do not recall using it more than three or four times since then. If it were not for the small surface rust and discoloration spots visible in the photos, I would consider it to be in “mint“ condition. This Stanley No. 220 is ready to use, or would be a welcome addition to a plane collection.
