A vintage
Stanley Defiance jack plane with a smooth bottom (similar in size to #3 bailey).  This plane looks pretty good for it's age and is still solid and usable as all joints/screws adjust/turn well, the blade is good and there are no cracks or chips in the base.  The tote has a light crack but is solid (see pic 7 above, either cosmetic or a good repair job) and the knob is solid with no cracks or chips.  Please see the pictures for further description and feel free contact me with any questions.  Made in the USA.  The plane will be partially broken down when sent out for safer shipping.
