Vintage Stanley Bedrock 604 Corrugated Plane For Parts Or Restoration.
Bedrock 604 plane in “as found” condition. Good candidate for restoration for a user grade plane, or parts. Overall rough shape, but it’s still a bedrock!
Left side of body has the flat top side broken off. I don’t see any other cracks or chips in the casting. Front knob has a split in the top and a small crack in the base, rear tote is broken in half, but could be fixed. Chip breaker has the top lever broken off, might be fixable with a donor lever. I believe the iron says Stanley Rule and Level Co, seems to have a J stamped into the iron, possibly by a previous owner.
Look the photos over well for condition, this is sold as is.
