Vintage Stanley - Antique Planning Tool? Unknown Use - AMAZING PATINA - RARE !!!

Description

I know nothing about this tool other than its a wood planer or some type, possibly for carving or sculpting odd shapes? The condition is amazing and looks like it could be in a museum. If anyone knows what this is please message me!

I try my best to describe what I know about each item I sell. But please understand used items may show signs of physical use. This includes but is not limited to: Minor cosmetic marks, abrasions, small nicks or cracks, dirt, mildew or grime.
Please do not expect vintage items to be brand new. Study the pictures carefully and ask questions if you have any concerns. Please do so BEFORE placing an order or bid on a item.

POLICY FOR ELECTRONICS / SOFTWARE/ MEDIA:
Vintage Electronics, software and media I always list "AS IS" due to their age. I can offer no guarantees with any vintage items of this nature. If the item is from my own my collection then it was well cared for. However even well cared for things can succumb to the passage of time. If the item is tested I list what I know in the description and its level of functionality. Any flaws I notice are promptly noted. All of my listings are described to the best of my ability with no item misrepresented on purpose.

POLICY FOR NEW ITEMS:
New items if opened cannot be returned. If I make an exception you will only be eligible for a partial refund for the item. Since the value is now decreased.

RETURN NOTICE & REFUND FEE'S
Returns are not accepted except under special circumstances.
Returns that are deemed valid the "Buyer" is responsible for return shipping.
If
shipping damage occurs the "Buyer" must bring forth a claim to the carrier used.
Partial Refunds: I reserve the right to charge a small fee to cover my expenses.

Residents of California shall pay the actual shipping cost & and not my flat rates. Unless a prior arrangement is made.

WHEN DO I SHIP OUT ITEMS?
Depending on my schedule I typically take my packages to the post offices within 3 days of the purchase date. If you need a package urgently let me know and I will see what I can do. High value items will require signature confirmation at my expense.
