This vintage 1850’s Stanley No 89 Folding Rule - 2 foot Marked Stanley Rule and Level Co, New Britain Conn. Ivory colored bone? The numbers and lettering are in good condition. The Stanley mark is a little faint but readable but the number 89 is clear and legible. The metal is German silver and in good condition. The pin in edge to hold ruler closes tightly. One of two face pins are missing, otherwise good condition, and extremely rare.
