I am offering this Unusual Size 19th C., Primitive Blacksmith Cooper Bowl Open Scorp Shave INV#BR59
Here we have a very small size 19th C., Blacksmith made Coopers bowl making open
scorp shave.  The curved blade only measures 2-3/8" across, it has pitting and looks like a hairline crack that has been reinforced and it would need to be sharpened. (please look closely at last two photos).
Overall curved blade measures from handle to handle: 8-1/2" L. x Cutting edge: 6" W x 1" H x 2-3/8" Diameter across. Handles are 1" apart.
(see photos). This is in "as found", it is pitted and has rust, but would clean up nicely. Tang handles have some scars and scrapes but have a nice patina and are tight and secure.  It has a great feel and patina to the iron and wood.
