Here is an original Belgian movie poster from the 1st release of Orson Welles' classic film noir,
Touch Of Evil
. Based on a novel by Whit Masterson, this film was a stark, perverse story of murder and police corruption in a small Mexican border town. Once again Orson Welles did double duty as director and co-star basically stealing the film with his creepy and quirky portrayal of the corrupt police captain. This linenbacked poster is from the first release of the
movie in Belgium in 1958. It is highly sort after for it's striking artwork which is unique to this Belgian release poster. A real gem!

CONDITION:
Very Good Untrimmed Condition On Linen. Prior to being mounted on linen, this poster was folded and the top white border had Theater Exhibition information imprinted on it. This poster has been stored flat for the past 21 years and will be shipped rolled in a sturdy tube.
