    Description

    This listing is for a stunning, unrestored Stanley Bailey No. 4 Type 19 plane (1948 - 1961).  This plane is so nice and original that all I did was give it a very light cleaning for the pictures.  The factory japanning is close to 100% and still has a wonderful luster.  The tote and knob are solid, tighten securely, show no cracks and barely show signs of use.  The tote has some speckling as shown in the photos, but it's smooth and not something I can feel with my finger.  Overall this plane likely saw almost no use and has been sitting for years.
