    Description

    An ORIGINAL LEVER CAP for a Stanley No. 8 or No. 8 C 2 5/8" width jointer plane by STANLEY. This cap, which retains approximately 90% of its original nickel plating is in clean and ready to use condition. Nearly all of the original orange infill paint remains. This uncommon lever cap has the earlier type "keyhole" opening for the frog screw but the later orange infill and nickel plating that coincided for a very, very short time. Length = 5.75 Inches (Ref.
