    Stanley No. 2 plane Early 1900's
    Excellent used plane in great condition
    I have owned and used this plane personally for over 40 years (I'm 85). I sold a lot of
    my tools 20 years ago but was reluctant to part with my #2. It is such a beautiful little
    plane and in excellent condition. The small rosewood knob and tote are original and
    have no cracks or repairs. The lateral adjustment lever and brass plane iron adjustment
    knob move freely.
    I sharpened the iron on my diamond fine stone (25 degree bevel) and tuned it up.
    The shavings are from Walnut, Cherry and Pine and it is ready to go to work for another
    100 years!
    I hope the next owner will enjoy using it as much as I have.
