    Description

    Great older Stanley / Bailey #8 corrugated sole Jack plane. This is an older plane with only two patent dates on the sole. Early steel lever cap and chip breaker have pitting. I believe this plane has been restored at one point. Tiny chip to the mouth of the plane see photo #7. It appears to be media blasted or sanded and the sole repainted. Solid old tool !
