    Description

    Stanley # 2 Sweetheart wood plane with cracked throat, one side only, and otherwise VG.  Brazing the piece would make it usable.  All the parts are original and are in great shape and there's no other damage. It's fine as is for a shelf sitter but should be repaired. I don't know enough to do a good job, so here it is for some appreciative, knowledgeable  person. There is light rust/tarnish as expected and japanning is about 60% . I haven't done anything but clean it some for photos. Ask if you have a question. Thanks.
