    An ORIGINAL 2 1/8 INCH WIDTH CUTTING IRON AND CHIP BREAKER for a Keen Kutter KK 27 transitional jack plane by the E.C. Simmons Hardware Company, St. Louis, Missouri. This tapered form iron of 2 1/8 inch width was unique to the KK 27 transitional plane. It is in top condition and is clearly marked with the distinctive Keen Kutter logo.
