    New!   Never Used.   Fiesta Napkin Rings.  IMPERFECTIONS present.  Manufactured by Homer Laughlin China Co
    Mix and Match colors. P86
    Retired colors :  Apricot, Periwinkle,  Rose, and Seamist
    All of these were purchased as 1st Quality directly from the factory.  However, they do not meet our  standards.  .We were never able to make returns because we ordered by the semi truck full.  I was in business for over 20 years.
    Most of these will present with very small skips at the base, small pops or pimples, shade variations, or the wording a little bit difficult to read.   These are great for everyday use!!!
