    Compatible with only HulkFit Power Cage, Wall Mounted Power Cage and Squat Stand Pro. Fits 2.5" by 2.5" frame
    Spotter Arms can handle continous body weight with a weight capacity of 300lbs

    From the manufacturer Pull-up Bar and J-Hooks Included are a pair of J-Hooks and a pull-up bar. Not included with the purchase is the Y-Dip Bar and spotter arms. Stringer and Stringer Mounts Stringers provide increased structural strength for both drywall and concrete installation. For drywall construction, the Stringer should span across 4 studs and be installed with hex lag screws (provided). The rack can be installed without stringers via the mounts but is not recommended. Multiple Positions and Locations Our wall-mounted power rack can be collapsed in or extended all the way out for storage. With the stability of the stringer, each post can be uniquely setup based on the exercise routine. Read more
