New-See photos, Never been used but is new with defects. The 2 white soft pastels are broke in have so there is now 4 smaller pieces. The blending tool needs to be cleaned a little and one pencil has a small part on tip broke off.
Everything is still very usable, it you are looking for a perfect set this is not for you.
