    The Flat Weight Bench sports an oversized bench seat. It features high-density memory foam padding with a professionally stitched premium PU cover to maximize comfort and functionality.
    DURABLE AND RELIABLE: Designed for working out with dumbbells, barbells, smith machines, cages or power racks; weight bench can support up to 1,200 lbs.
    PERFECT SUPPORT FOR VARIOUS EXERCISES: The 12.3 inches wide pad with the stable 19 inches base make it ideal for back support and leg drive during bench press, and the perfect stand for lunges and glute bridges.
    QUALITY MATERIALS: Our bench is composed of 2” by 2” 11-gauge steel with a thick plywood base layer, dense foam core, and soft top layer for the perfect mix of support and comfort. The 3-inch-thick pad is covered with durable, textured non-slip vinyl and is professionally stitched. The base is held by two rows of screws (6 total) which provide maximum stability.
