This Homer Laughlin Co Fiesta Ware Fiestaware 8 1/4" vegetable bowl in a lovely apricot color, which ran from 1986 through 1998.
About Fiesta® Dinnerware, Made In The USA: Designed by Frederick Hurten Rhead in 1936, Fiesta Dinnerware is among the most collected dinnerware in the world. Fiesta was discontinued in 1973 and reissued in 1986 with new contemporary colors to mark its 50th anniversary. The brand is now celebrating its 79th anniversary with no signs of stopping.
Most of our dishware are vintage or no longer manufactured. All are previously owned and used, meaning they are not perfect. They are meant as a replacement piece to your existing used set. Most are going to have a slight degree of utensil or stack marks, trim wear, and/or minor crazing. Anything that's excessive or out of the ordinary will be identified and brought to your attention.
Note: Items may have minor blemishes that happened during creation or due to age. Crazing is a very common condition with virtually all glazed art pottery. Normal crazing or crackling that cannot be seen at a few feet does not affect the value of most art pottery pieces. Buyers should expect some crazing on all glazed or hand-painted art pottery. Peppering is a tiny black speck of carbon that is sometimes seen in white or light-colored glazes. Minor and/or sporadic peppering does not adversely affect the value of a piece.
