Blue Girls Flared Bell Bottom Pants

For your consideration, vintage blue bell bottomed pants. They have a denim-like look to them. Sold to me as size 12 months. We wore at 18-24 months. Measurements in photos. I have not washed these pants because they were tight on baby girls bum and I didn’t want to make them any smaller. You can see some light staining in the second photo- I’m not sure what it is or if it’ll wash out- we wore them anyway.
