    "Atkinson Baltimore" #16 Hollow Plane active 1829-35 and 1840-1842 in
    Baltimore, Maryland as written in the book "A Guide to the Makers of American Wooden Planes".  This mark is considered rare and denotes between 100 and 250 examples according to this book.
