    We’ve constructed the Finer Form bench to be both strong and stable, and also comfortable. With our thick, core padding and high grade, powder-coated steel, there’s an exceptional 660-pound weight limit, great for even the hardest workout.
    The 8 adjustable back pad settings and 3 adjustable seat settings allow you to set up for any number of popular exercises. Set the bench to its most upright position to do military presses or alternating hammer curls. Or, lay it flat to do leg lifts, crunches or dozens of other ab exercises.  You can also mix up the workout with the incline setting for tricep kickbacks, or incline bench presses.
