The M95i is an invention of MI Technologies, Inc. These masks are high filtration masks with similar look as a KN95 mask which means they have earloop elastics and therefor not classified as N95 or N99 since NIOSH requires over the head elastics. KN95 masks are a labeling of Asia made masks. We decided to call our innovations an M95i for this reason. We are producing a modern day use mask that is effective for air travel and highly congested areas. We are still waiting on test results of filtration back from Nelson Laboratories however we use the same AAA+ rated material that is in our 3ply masks which were rated on 0.1 micron particulate filtration @ 99.924% filtration (test results on our website). We also passed Class1 flamibility and ATSM Level 3 on synthetic blood penetration tests on our 3ply masks. We expect these masks to perform even better. We are using 2 layers of the same filter that is in the 3ply (1 layer filter) , and an added layer of polypropolyne ethelyne spung type filter in between. We have set out to make the best masks for modern day use that are comfortable, safe, and easy to put on and remove quickly. Regular NIOSH masks are a pain and were not meant to be used in s pandemic environment where you need to put on a mask to talk to the drive-thru personnel at starbucks... our masks are!  We appreciate everyones support for our Made in USA products!
