    Description

    Haiti #192 of the 1914 issue hand stamped with GL O.Z. Type 1.  This is a block of 4 each with inverted hand stamps.
    The top two stamps are hinged with some hinge remnants and a slight loss of gum.  Both bottom stamps are never hinged.
    There is a natural gum crease through the top right and bottom right stamps.  This does not break the paper and the gum crease does not show in fluid.
